If dad likes soda, then why not buy him a case of full Coca Cola glass bottles and wrap them with these labels below. Tell him he's "World's Best Pop," since the year you were born and personalize it with your name. There are two free printable PDF files, one that is basic and the second one that you can open in Adobe Acrobat reader and type in your details and simply press print.
If you choose to download the editable file, it will be editable only in Adobe Reader (which is free and can be downloaded via www.adobe.com, that is if you do not have it already).

I created this Gerber jar originally for my daughter's first birthday several years ago (princess theme above). It has become such a hit ever since, that I've received so many personal requests for both boys and girls in many themes, throughout the years.
These adorable baby jar favor idea is easy to decorate and put together.
The only materials you'll need besides the personalized label, are listed as follows:
1) Empty glass baby jar -or- use 4 oz Mason Jars
2) Ribbon (to cover the edge of your jar lid)
3) 2" inch circle punch (to cut your cardstock circle for the top of the jar lid)
4) Cardstock Scrapbook Sheet or Pack (cover for top of jar lid)
[Make sure the cardstock and ribbon contain colors that match your labels and theme]
-or-
5) Simply, just paint your jar lids in the color of your choice with a glossy acrylic medium.
